The Prospectus was prepared in connection with the Listing of CellCura's shares on Oslo Axess and offering of new shares. The Company successfully completed an Initial Public Offering(IPO) in connection with the listing process at Oslo Axess providing the Company with NOK 18.1 million ingross proceeds. In addition, prior to the IPO, CellCura completed a private placement in August 2010, yielding gross proceeds of in excess NOK 25 million in the IPO and private placement combined.
